Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges: We only accept exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@hsysound.com. We will assist you with the exchange process.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Time Frame: You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. If you contact us after this period, your order may have already been processed and shipped.
  • Cancellation Fee: A 10% cancellation fee of the total order value will be charged. To cancel your order, please email us at info@hsysound.com as soon as possible.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Return Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we will consider the order accepted, and no refunds or exchanges will be processed.

  • Eligible Returns: We will issue a full refund if:
