1. What shipping methods are available?
We use a fast shipping service for all orders within the USA. The shipping cost is 5.9 USD for any order. Currently, we are unable to deliver to US military bases. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
2. How long will it take to get my package?
Delivery time for orders within the USA is estimated to be 5-15 days (please note that during peak seasons, arrival times may be delayed).
3. Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only provide services within the United States.
4. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal. When you choose PayPal at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal payment page where you can confirm your payment by entering your PayPal account and password.
5. Is buying online safe?
Yes, it is safe. We take your privacy seriously and will never rent, sell, or share your personal information with anyone. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect and use your personal information.
6. Can I switch my order?
No, orders cannot be switched. Customers are asked to confirm all order details, including size, design, and quantity, before placing an order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to errors in selecting items, sizes, designs, or addresses.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order. However, cancellations must be made within 6 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping.
Please note, a management, processing, and transaction fee of 10% of your total order value will be applied to the cancellation process. Requests for cancellation should be sent to info@hsysound.com.
8. Can I return or refund my order?
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, but the shipping cost for returning the item is not covered by us.
9. What is the policy’s time frame?
Our policy is effective for 30 days after the order has been delivered. After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted by the customer, and no reimbursement will be made. For more details, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
10. I haven’t received my package. What can I do?
If the tracking code shows that the order has been delivered but you have not received it, first check around your house as it may be hidden. If you still cannot locate the package, please contact the shipping company provided in your shipping notification email. If the issue is not resolved, please reach out to our support team at info@hsysound.com.
